The weather and climate are two different things:
Weather is the hour-to-hour, day-to-day condition of the atmosphere (wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity, sunshine, type of precipitation).
Climate is the average weather conditions for an area over a long period of time. The climate of often shown on a climate graph.
